ALUCOBOND® was used in the modernisation project of 5432 residential units in Dortmund, Scharnhorst, Germany.

The project was constructed in the form of a 4 to 8 storey ribbon development, using industrially manufactured, prefabricated parts.

Italian, French and Californian residential quarters were developed in various different structural designs, in order to lend the buildings a classic, timeless appearance.

4,5000m² of ALUCOBOND®was used to cover the buildings’ façades in various different colours.
