After suffering devastating injuries in a car crash, Matthew Warnes set about modifying several properties in order to make them better suited and more appropriate to his new requirements. None of the top companies in the UK offered the full-control system he wanted so, necessity being the mother of invention, he came up with his own solution which, to this day, is like nothing else on the market.

The skills and experience required to plan and install your security and CCTV are quite different from, say, home entertainment or lighting. For this reason, our team comprises experts who bring an unrivalled depth of knowledge and experience to your project.

Intelligent Homes projects have included Grade I and II listed properties, luxury bespoke new-builds and developments, super yachts, boardrooms, and showrooms. The company is also fully certified by the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) and works in partnership with companies and organisations including the PFA and Clive Christian.

Eight Vigo Street is a dedicated demonstration House, with AMX Controlling its Entrance Lobby, Lounge/Study, Library, Dining, Cinema, Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom & Dressing Room. We can demonstrate every element of a control system
