Introducing Tarkett’s Next project

Next Plc has recently opened a number of new and refurbished stores across the country, including a new store in Evesham. With a very strong brand identity, Next needed a flooring solution that would reflect their unique style, while helping to attract and welcome customers. Tarkett’s design team worked closely with the high street retailer to provide the ideal flooring solution – a bespoke design together with an oak effect luxury vinyl plank from the standard ID Premier range.

The Evesham store was completed with over 300m2 of ID Premier, installed by LGM Ltd. Chris Darby, Project Manager for LGM commented: “Our fitters really enjoyed working with ID Premier as it was very easy to handle and fit. The finished result looked really good, and we were delighted to be involved in this project.”

The ID Premier range has been designed specifically for the commercial and retail markets providing designs that allow creative expression to excite and impress customers, while offering lasting strength to cope with heavy daily foot traffic. ID Premier offers authentic style through 3 distinct collections: Wood, Stone and Design. Styles include wood effects of beech, maple and dark oak; sandstone, limestone and marble; and metallic and natural images including grass, leaves and pebbles.

A 0.7mm wear layer, with TopClean XP PUR reinforcement, gives ID Premier exceptional durability and toughness for very heavy-duty commercial applications. TopClean XP provides extreme resistance to scratches and abrasions as well as making cleaning easier, needing no wax or polish for life. Maintenance costs can be reduced by up to 30% and the environment benefits with a 50% reduction in consumption of energy, water and detergents.
