Jaga Launches UK’s Slimmest, All-In-One Heating, Cooling, Ventilating Radiator - Briza

Jaga has announced the launch of its all-new Briza climate unit– which provides powerful heating, cooling and refreshing ventilation all from a stylish slim-line radiator.

Powered by Low-H2O dynamic technology, the Briza is suitable for use with boilers in LPHW systems or with heat pumps in low-temperature, renewable heating systems. It is also designed to operate in both 2-pipe and 4-pipe set-ups and can be integrated with home automation and building management systems.

Built with virtually silent tangential activators, the Briza is whisper-quiet in use, operating at a sound level as low as 22.3db(A), and true to Jaga’s sustainability ethos uses EC motors which draw 50 per cent less electrical energy than traditional AC/DC motors.

Control options available for the Briza include an integrated controller equipped with automatic heating to cooling changeover and vice versa, a clock thermostat or a unit that can simultaneously control multiple units. Whatever the choice of control system, due to it’s ultra-low thermal mass and low water content, the Briza is lightning-quick to react to changes in room temperatures, providing heating or cooling on demand and helping to maintain perfect comfort.

Supplied in a variety of lengths, ranging from 520mm to 1450mm, the largest 2-pipe unit delivers over 8.9kW of heating, at 75°C flow, 65°C return and 20°C desired room temperature, or cooling of 2.37kW at 7°C flow, 12°C return and 25°C desired room temperature.

With a depth of just 130mm, the Briza can be wall or ceiling mounted but also can be ‘built-in’. This installation versatility, coupled with a vast array of colour options, makes the Briza an ideal 3-in-1 solution for most commercial or residential properties.

The Briza is part of Jaga’s 2013 Hybrid Heating range which also includes heating, cooling and ventilation trench heating systems such as the Quatro and Clima Canal.
