The UK construction industry charity, CRASH, needs cyclists for their Ride London-Essex team on Sunday 28th May, 2024.

The Ford Ride London-Essex 100 is a 100-mile challenge starting and finishing in London, taking riders through traffic-free roads throughout London and Essex.

• 100-mile cycle (electric bikes allowed)
• Start & finish in London
