Junckers Reinvents Parquet

Junckers, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of hardwood flooring, has launched a new, updated version of the parquet floor. The single stave blocks offer a classic parquet design with all the attributes synonymous with Junckers; luxury, beauty, warmth, durability and a long lifespan, for the first time.

In a market place demanding products which offer classic, timeless designs and skilled craftsmanship, Junckers has reinterpreted a traditional, elegant floor with its new single stave blocks. Entirely geometrical and angular like traditional parquet, Junckers uses slightly larger wooden pieces for an updated style that will appeal to a broad range of projects. The blocks are available in two sizes: 58 x 468mm and 62 x 624mm; 14mm and 22mm thick. The floor is sold unfinished, together with a complete range of finishing and installation products with both overlay and structural options available.

Single stave blocks are available in 7 traditional patterns, including herringbone, basket and ladder patterns in a choice of 6 timbers: Oak, Beech, Ash, Black Oak, SylvaKet and SylvaRed. With the added option of Junckers’ many coloured oils, the list of available finishes is almost limitless, offering the chance to create a truly unique solid hardwood floor.
