Kingspan is due to start work in October installing over 25,000 sq m of access flooring at No. 1 Spinningfields, a 24 storey Grade A office development being built within Manchester’s premium business district.

The RMG 600 panels will be installed on levels 1 to 17 of the £73 million development, whose design and build contractors are BAM Construction. No. 1 Spinningfields is the largest commercial building under construction in Manchester and will be the tallest commercial building to be built in the city in the last 50 years.

The building will be constructed to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and as part of Kingspan’s commitment to sustainability, all panel off cuts will be recycled at the company’s Hull factory.
