La Bodega in Hart Street, Henley-on-Thames

Type of works: supply and installation of a bespoke steel-framed conservatory with Bioclean and Cool-Lite glass.

In order to help La Bodega extend into the attractive rear of the premises, Alco Beldan was asked to look into a way of joining all the aspects to obtain an open structure, before constructing a traditional brick-built structure. The result was a bespoke steel-framed conservatory, specially designed to accommodate air conditioning units and lighting to ensure maximum comfort for their patrons.

To compliment the building, Bioclean self-cleaning glass was used on the roof area combined with Cool-Lite tinted glass, thus aiding in the maintenance of the structure over time.

The combination gives an attractive appearance and reduced glare, whilst letting in plenty natural daylight.
