The Easyflow team recently supplied, pumped and installed the liquid floor screed for a new extension to an existing detached dwelling in Montgomery on the Shropshire/Powys border.

The substantial two storey extension will incorporate a boot room, new entrance hallway, staircase, new replacement kitchen, dining room, study and living area at ground floor level and two further bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom on the first floor.

An anhydrite liquid screed was laid over pre-installed underfloor heating pipes in order to improve the efficiency of the underfloor heating system, helping to save the customer up to 30% on their running costs.
