Loosemore, a rising star in the Welsh property market, has chosen Vicaima interior doors for the latest in a line of stunning developments in Cardiff.

Echoing the success of its earlier schemes in the Welsh capital, The Terrace on Conway Road sold out before the paint had dried. The Terrace offers a selection of fine new homes within the exclusive enclave of Pontcanna – one of Cardiff’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. They chose Vicaima’s trend-setting Essential Naturdor in horizontal Oak, which has been stained with a Wenge colour and grooved to create a paneled effect. The Terrace is Phase 1 of the redevelopment of the St Winefride’s site, formerly occupied by the Jane Hodge Nursing Home. Phase II – The Crescent - will provide 12 three, four and five bedroom townhouses and is due to be completed in Summer 2013.
