GDL Air Systems manufactures a wide range of Louvres for many applications. All Louvres are provided with the paint finish and accessories to suit the individual's requirements.

GDL manufactures at our production unit in Glossop, Derbyshire, UK. All products manufactured by GDL comply with the relevant UK and European Standards.

DL have invested in manufacturing and supplying Horizontal, Vertical and Motorised Solar Shading systems which provides the natural way to all year round energy management.

Investment in new machinery at the firm's Sheffield facility has allowed them to fully develop our Solar Shading range offering a diverse selection of manufacturing specifications.

The Intelishade Solar Shading Range incorporates Vertical, Horizontal and Motorised Solar Shading Systems in a choice of bespoke sizes, materials and finishes. The full range is the latest addition to our ‘Renewable Energy Range’ offering both sustainable and eco-friendly solutions for low carbon buildings.

The Horizontal Solar System provides excellent shading during the summer months which reduces the energy costs to cool the occupied area of the building, whilst maintaining uninterrupted views through the glazing and minimising the effect on light transmission in the winter.

The Vertical Solar Systems provide excellent reduction to solar gain through the glazing and so saving energy required to cool the internal space of the building. A variety of blade types and sizes allow the Architect flexibility to design an aesthetic facade to the building while still offering excellent vision through the glazing.We are currently in the process of updating our Solar Shading literature which will be available shortly.
