Both standard and custom made wet-cast cast stone dressings from UKCSA member Haddonstone have been chosen to enhance this private development in Esher.

The impressive houses are set behind a secure gated environment and have elegant brick exteriors incorporating wet-cast cast stone dressings. The cast stone dressings supplied by Haddonstone include window surrounds, band courses, copings, finials and porticos.

Haddonstone was chosen by luxury private house builder Octagon Developments as the spacious period style family homes, situated in one of Esher’s premier private roads, required the supply of extremely high quality cast stone to match the prestigious address and setting.

By working closely with Octagon’s designers, office and site staff Haddonstone was able to exceed the high specifications and standards of quality, service and delivery demanded by both Octagon and the project.

This close cooperation ensured the successful build of the unique Esher Park Avenue properties, whose prices start at £2.75m for a semi-detached town house.
