Marketing Suite, St. James Homes, Central London
Site: Grosvenor Waterside Development, Chelsea, London, SW1
Type of works: design and supply of relocatable marketing suite.
Useful Structures were specified to design and supply a relocatable building to house sales function and life-size replica apartments, to sell phase one of development off plan. Two storey eaves height, to accept part mezzanine floor and open-plan floor area to full height, was essential. Distinctive architecture was needed to demand attention at a prestigious location.
The company had only 4 weeks to launch due to extended delivery promises by a competitor. The site was occupied by a redundant building due for demolition immediately prior to suite delivery.
