On the site of what was once a single bungalow, now stands these two semi-detached new build homes. The site is situated on a premium street in the centre of Beaconsfield and features the Dale range, complementing the render and brickwork finish given to the properties.

The owners of the site contacted Richard Parry of RB Construction Services Ltd to undertake and manage the re-development project. They are a well-established, family run development company in the local area, with a long-standing reputation for their high-quality work.

When looking into potential suppliers of windows and doors for the new builds, Richard explains “We spoke to our local merchant and told them we were looking for high quality windows and doors for the new builds. They then introduced us to Dale”.

“One house has been developed as a long-term rental and is already occupied. The second is going on the market for sale. There was an open day recently and the level of interest in the property has been very high which we are delighted about”.

With the two properties in Beaconsfield proving to be a popular choice, and with RB Construction happy with the windows and doors from Dale Joinery, they have already been back in touch and specified Dale for their next development project.

Flush Casement Windows
Across the two homes, flush casement windows in Signal White were installed throughout, with 18mm astragal glazing bars in a T-Bar formation and Polished Chrome ironmongery.

Entrance Doors
As well as the windows, two Wardour entrance doors were specified to give each property a unique entrance; one in a ‘Pebble Grey’ finish and the other in the darker shade of ‘Anthracite Grey’.
