Two new hinged doors have been added to the Hörmann range, the multi-purpose MZ Thermo and the KSI Thermo security door.

These models offer insulation levels comparable to entrance doors and are ideal as back doors or external garage access doors. Both the KSI Thermo and MZ Thermo have a 46mm door leaf, filed with rigid PU insulating foam, have double seals on all four sides and include thermal breaks in the door leaf, frame and threshold.

Provided as ready-to-fit door sets, they are extremely robust and feature three way adjustable guide rollers to ensure the perfect fit.

The MZ Thermo is offered in two styles, a solid panel (TPS 01) or with a central glazed panel (TPS 02). Double glazing helps to retain the high insulation properties of the door when this option is selected.

The KSI Thermo is a solid panelled door designed to be particularly secure in addition to its insulating properties. Security is provided by conical swing bolts, security bolts and a lock bolt in the frames lock plate, plus security bolts and guide rollers on the hinged side, making it practically impossible to force the door open.

When it comes to colour choice, both are offered in 12 standard colours plus the almost unlimited RAL to choose option. Additionally there are six wood effect decor surfaces. White Ash, Light Oak and Beech are suitable for interior use only, whereas Golden Oak, Dark Oak and Titan Metallic CH 703 are suitable for both internal and external applications.
