Horstmann has developed a new App that gives installers immediate access to the wealth of information contained in its (printed) programmer replacement and wiring guide.

The latest edition of this popular guide was completely updated earlier in 2012 and contains comprehensive information for installers about to replace or upgrade a central heating programmer.

It provides a ready answer to the question “why undertake a straight replacement when you could go one better and fit a modern Horstmann control with extra features and benefits for the customer?”

The App is very user friendly and its programmer compatibility section provides invaluable information about time switches and programmers detailing all manufacturers’ models and the most suitable Horstmann replacement.

The wiring comparison tables offer a 3 step selection process which provides all the information an installer needs - which replacement is recommended and the terminal positions in relation to the current back plate.

This App is available free of charge from the App store and currently the Programmer replacement and Wiring Guide App is available only for iPhones and iPads.
