Hunter Douglas' new sun-control fabric combines thermal performance with outstanding environmental and energy-control properties.

The PVC-free Screen Nature Ultimetal (SNU) has outstanding light- and heat-reflection properties, which halve solar heat gain and thus reduce the need for cooling capacity in the summer by up to 25%.

Made from fibreglass with a reflective aluminium layer that helps to deliver an improved interior climate, it also provides exceptional glare control, while enabling users to enjoy high levels of daylight.

Screen Nature Ulimetal, which is part of Hunter Douglas' EOS®500 roller blind range, is also fire safe, odourless, and is Greenguard certified (Greenguard Certificate of Compliance Cert. no. 44878-420), thanks to its extremely low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) emission values.
