Nottingham University required an aesthetically pleasing yet robust solution to provide lighting throughout their Beeston Lane park area. With the client not wanting to use standard street lamps to light the area (felt unsuitable due to tree coverage), Autopa’s GFC9000i Illuminated bollards were chosen as the ideal solution.

A Wiring plan and photometric report was used to determine the most economical layout for the bollards whilst still providing adequate light coverage throughout the area. The final scheme required 72 GFC9000i bollards finished in black to span the full campus footpath through the park area.
