Onthecase vitrum poster cases installed at UCL

Onthecase has installed a series of vitrum 200 postercases outside UCL’s recently refurbished Bernard Katz building in Gordon St, Bloomsbury, London. Onthecase’s postanotice holders were used inside the poster cases to ensure graphics can be changed as quickly and easily as possible and without introducing any creases.

A series of Vitrum 200 poster cases were installed by onthecase in July outside UCL’s Bernard Katz building in Gordon Street in the Bloomsbury area of central London.

The vitrum 200 poster case is superbly engineered using aluminium profiles while fully toughened glass doors with ceramic borders give a contemporary look. Total security is provided by a unique locking mechanism and the top hinged frame with gas cylinders provides easy access when opened.

To ensure graphics can be changed as easily and quickly as possible, onthecase’s new postanotice holders were used inside the vitrum cases. A notice or poster is simply laid inside posternotice sheet ensuring the graphics are located squarely and any creasing is avoided.

The Bernard Katz building was recently refurbished and houses UCL’s biochemical engineering department. Founded in 1826, UCL (University College London) is one of the world most prestigious university colleges with around 36,000 students and 11,000 staff and with a total income in excess of £1bn.

Onthecase offers a range of high quality poster cases and noticeboards, as well as digital signage systems to architects, specifiers and other commercial clients throughout the UK. As sole UK distributor of the vitrum range of poster cases and e-vitrum digital signage information system, onthecase enjoys an exclusive partnership with German manufacturers STV.
