Pendle Vale was the first part of the Lancashire BSF project constructed by Bovis Lend Lease working with Capita Symonds the architects.

A total of twelve NW100 acoustic movable walls were installed by Alco Beldan, dividing classrooms and the Drama/Dance area with the internal social area on three levels of the College. All were designed to the BB93 Acoustic Performance 45 DnTw, and the level of flexibility detailed by CABE recommendations for building schools.
Alco Beldan has also secured the remaining projects within Phase 1 & 2 of the Lancashire BSF programme.
