Now SIG Design & Technology has launched its own exclusive ProTwenty liquid waterproofing that can be combined with other membrane systems for even more flexibility.

Pro Twenty is a dedicated cold-applied liquid waterproofing system with a 20-year guarantee that provides a solution for all build applications including repair, renewal or new build of roofs, balconies, basements, walkways and terraces.

The unique reinforced-polyester membrane bonds directly to the substrate to form an exceptionally strong and durable finish – extending the roof life without the need for expensive or disruptive re-roofing.

Resistant to UV degradation, Pro Twenty offers a seamless finished surface with no potential weak points or joints, minimising any risk of water ingress.

For over 15 years, 1,500sqm of ProTwenty have protected the 58 storey Santa Maria Condominium in Miami from the full force of the elements, including powerful sunshine and exceptionally aggressive saline conditions.

With no hot works where health and safety is a concern, the membrane is 100% compatible and colour matched with Rhepanol fk in Anthracite Grey as a perfect substitute for waterproofing finishes in hard to reach or intricate areas of detailing.

A finished coat UV layer is added last, so that no unsightly marks remain after installation and the system is upgradeable in the future.
