Platform Only Disabled Lift

Sesame Access Systems lifting platforms provide a stable and smooth transition between floors up to a height of 2,000mm.

The platform can be clad in whatever material the client requires, from carpet to marble. The platform provides a base plate tray with a 3mm stainless steel trim enclosure which provides the floor layers a fixed area for cladding.

The platform is installed with stainless steel tracks for the retracting stair wheels to roll on without marking the cladding.

For a rise below 1,000mm the firm has designed and patented a platform that conforms to British standards and Part M of building regulations by incorporating a wheel-stop to prevent wheelchairs moving outside the platform. For rises over 1,000mm the platform encloses the user on all four sides with side handrails and gates or rising barriers (that remain hidden until called) to conform to building regulations.
