Profiled roof cladding

RigiSystems manufactures an extensive range of aluminium and steel-profiled cladding systems for use in a variety of roof, wall and lining applications. The range of trapezoidal and sinusoidal profiles, together with secret-fix lining systems, provides an extensive range of cost-effective cladding solutions to meet the most challenging of performance specifications.

Smooth and crimp curved options, together with profiled closure pieces, flashings and mitred units are also available.

Rigisystem roof cladding products achievea a FAA/SAA rating to BS 476-3:1975. The aluminum/steel inner/outer metal facings achieve a Class 1 rating to BS 476-7:1997.

A typical U-value of 0.25W/m²K can be achieved with a 160mm thickness of mineral wool insulation (u-value of 0.037W/m²K).

Also available also are the RigiSystems Ziplok and Lokroll standing-seam roofing systems. Ziplok can be manufactured on site, which allows roofs to be constructed using very long sheet lengths and Lokroll offers exceptional weather resistance and durability, making it suitable for both new-build and refurbishment applications.

Installation is carried out by approved contractors.
