Pro-grass is the New Way to Sow Grass Seeds

Pro-grass is the ingenious new landscaping product which helps ensure fast, strong grass growth in difficult areas.

Pro-grass is a textile fabric impregnated with grass seeds and fertilizer. It is designed to help grass growth in areas where simply sowing seeds is impractical, such as steep slopes, road and railway embankments and riverbanks.

The fabric, which is made from plant fibre, holds the seeds in place so they will not be eroded by wind, water or birds. This means they can start to germinate much faster, and also they grass growth is uniform and gives up 90% coverage of the area. It is supplied on a roll for easy transport and the seeds will only start to grow once the fabric is rolled out, covered and subjected to irrigation, meaning it is not perishable, like turf.

It is laid down onto prepared soil and needs to be covered with a thin layer of soil and watered regularly. The fabric will start to degrade as the seeds start to grow, and completely disappears over about three months, leaving just lush, strong grass gr
