Propelair saves council over 10K in water bills

Propelair was selected by the London Borough of Redbridge to supply 45 units in Lynton House, Ilford. The installation of the water- and energy-saving toilets was carried out over eight floors and is now complete.

All 45 toilets will save an estimated 5,317,245 litres annually. This substantial water saving is equivalent to the amount of water required to fill over 2 Olympic-sized swimming pools.

Propelair is an economically viable solution helping projects such as London Borough of Redbridge’s Lynton House significantly enhance their environmental performance at a relatively low cost.

Collectively, Redbridge is estimated to save approximately £10,980 on their annual water bills.

Propelair also provides health and well-being advantages to Lynton House’s staff and visitors.

Every time a conventional toilet is flushed, particles of contaminated water become airborne, landing on washroom surfaces. With Propelair’s unique air flush system, the spread of these airborne germs is eradicated - helping to prevent sickness amongst users and reducing unproductive absences.
