Over time, older roofs can become compromised, whether it’s a degradation of the roofing system and materials or damage by an external force such as high winds or falling objects. This can lead to leaks which may cause further problems the longer they are left.

Topseal have a range of liquid applied flat roofing systems and this includes the recent launch of their new Topseal Overlay system. Topseal roofs are not only designed to be safe, secure, watertight and extremely strong but they also look great and can be tailored to match the style of your building by choosing your preferred colour and finish. Topseal use Glass Reinforced Plastic to make each Topseal roof, to ensure that it is durable and long lasting. GRP, otherwise known as fibreglass can withstand heavy foot traffic (which is ideal for external balconies, walkways and stairs) and also high levels of impact, which could be from a falling roof tile. This ensures that the people underneath the roof at the time are protected and safe from injury.

Each of Topseal's roofing systems uses the specially formulated Topseal resin and Topseal topcoat, which completes the watertight surface. The systems are cold applied, so there is no need for heat or naked flames.
