TYpe of works: a sandblast-decorated glass sliding door in a new utility room.

The Eclisse sliding door system is a practical solution in small rooms where easy-access is needed. If the door is made of 10mm tempered glass, decorated with sandblasted drawings and with a satin finish, the result is an unexpected elegance. This was the case for David Fox, who has just installed an Eclisse glass sliding door system in his house’s new utility room, in Stockport.

He explained that, “our original utility room had the back door into the house within it, so I wished to make a separate cloakroom and rear entrance while still having a utility room”.

David Fox found Eclisse and “they seemed to be the best for the job. They also provided a complete glass door solution without having to source a door from elsewhere”. He explained the glass door was an important part of the process as it allowed light to go into the new utility room.

“I was also very impressed with the fitting of the door and the kit which came with it. The ability to fit the rail afterwards and the general quality - which was only evident after purchase - made assembly in-situ much easier”.
