Pioneers of bringing PVC-U beads to the UK market for plastering, rendering and dry lining, Renderplas has the largest range of any PVC-U bead manufacturer.

Rendering beads consist of White exterior grade PVC-U, comprising 100% recycled material for impact resistance and UV stability. Twelve stock colours complement all popular through-colour renders.

A full range of profiles to complement all common plaster and render depths, from 4mm to 22mm, are available. PowerBeads have 65mm wings and back plates for speed and accuracy.

Complies with BS EN 13914-1:2005; exceeds standards for metal beads in BS EN 13658-2:2005. PVC-U additives provide impact resistance and UV stabilizers maximise life of colour.

Unique box section design in PowerBeads give extreme strength. A honeycomb design in the wings and back plates maximises bead integrity and the keying area for penetration of render.

Fire tested to BS 476-7:1997, Class 1Y and will not contribute to the combustion of the system.

PowerBeads can be mechanically fixed without mortar dabs, reducing installation time by 40%.
