Wilby and Burnett approached Bauder to provide a roofing solution for the 10,000m^² Ridgeons Warehouse. However, strict financial constraints dictated that the original system remained in situ and a single layer membrane installed over it.

The practical nature, quick installation time and cost effectiveness of the membrane met the limited budget. Bauder SL500 System was selected as its technology ensures that overlaying an existing waterproofing is not a problem, even in areas containing trapped moisture. The special Stripes finish to the underside of the membrane allows any vapour pressure to dissipate and therefore remove the potential for surface blistering.
