This was a fast-track project by P J Carey (Contractors) Limited for the complete construction of the new motorway service areas on the north and south sides of the M3 between Junctions 8 and 9 near Winchester.

Through close co-ordination with P J Carey's site team, installation was completed within the tight programme set by the client.

Turnkey Design Partnership captured the brief, principally designing the 12 retail units to follow along flowing curves. Through a longstanding association Turnkey Design again opted for SimFlex Royal tempered glass sliding/folding closures for their simplicity and capacity to follow virtually any layout. The stacked closures discreetly park at 90° to the unit fronts within a simple stacking pocket, thus creating more entrance space during opening hours.
