Roof tiles: Slate Range

Rivius is a new interlocking riven slate from Sandtoft. It features a textured surface and dressed edges that gives it an authentic, natural slate appearance. Made from natural alluvial clay with a tough, ceramic finish, this slate alternative will never lose its colour.

The tile’s large-format interlocking design gives the tile substantial material and labour benefits over double-lapped natural slate and fibre-cement products. Cassius offers the same installation and labour benefits as thin leading-edge concrete interlocking tiles.

Balmoral also offers the same installation benefits in a smaller-format, interlocking riven slate.

BritLock is a lightweight, interlocking slate made from recycled quarry waste. BritSlate is a double-lap slate made from the same material, and Pennine is a double-lap, recycled-stone slate.
