Roof void ventilators

The in-line tile and slate vents range from Ubbink offers high performance whilst retaining the aesthetics of the roof design. The range is designed to provide ventilation of the roof space, either at low or high levels.

It is suitable for all pitches above 22.5° and may be used to supplement or replace other ventilation, such as, dry ridge, abutment or eaves systems.

Each has an insect inhibitor to keep out insects and vermin and with the use of an adaptor they can also be used for mechanical extraction, passive stack ventilation or with soil pipes for removal of foul air.

UB11 and UB62 are composed of injection-moulded polypropylene. UB8 is manufactured from injection moulded PVC-U.

UB62 vents suit most common interlocking roof tiles and both these vents and UB8 vents are available in four standard colours: Sepia, Terracotta, Red and Anthracite. Special colour finishes are available to suit virtually any contour tile.
