Roof void ventilators: Ubivent

Ubbink provides roof void-ventilation products for ridge, slope, eaves and soffit.

Slope vents include:
Ubivent (UB19): for all types of tiles/slates.
Ubivent (UB20/UB15): slate or tile unit complete with felt penetration sleeve and covered by BBA Certificate no. 90/2542.
Ubbink Tileline UB62: fits in the plane of the roof without disturbing the roof line.
Ubbink Vepac (UB11) and SlateVent (UB4): for man-made and natural slate.
Ubbink plain tile vent (UB8): for clay and concrete plain tiles.

Matching service terminals are available for the above vents for use with soil and vent, mechanical extract and natural ventilation systems.

Eaves and soffit vents include:
Ubbink OFVS and OFVS: provides 10 and 25mm continuous ventilation.
Ubbink DOS 10 and DOS 25: over-fascia ventilating strip.
Ubbink SVS 10 and SVS 25: slotted soffit ventilating strips.
Ubbink OE combined insulation inhibitor and large insect excluder for open-eaves construction, for use in both cold and warm roofs.
Ubbink vents for abutment: LTV abutment-vent strip.
Ubbink vents for ridge: Duo Roll continuous ridge system.
Ubbink OFT/3: capped stack vent.

Available colours include Terracotta, Red, Sepia and Anthracite.
