Roofline

The Swish Roofline range offers specifiers an integrated barge board, fascia and soffit system for new-build and replacement projects. Swish replacement fascias are loadbearing in respect of guttering and tiles, and will replace existing timber fascias. Swish Cellular PVC profiles have been awarded British Standards Kitemark KM 33730 and British Board of Agrément Certificate no 91/2620. Swish has ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental standard certification.

In addition Swish holds BES6001 Responsible Sourcing certification and can offer developers maximum points under the Code for Sustainable Homes and EcoHomes for the responsible sourcing of roofline, cladding and skirtings (Mat2 and Mat3).
The Swish range of decorative elements for roofline installation, which includes decorative bargeboards, finials and spires, has been developed to allow specifiers to produce designs for new-build and refurbished properties. An attractive and individual look can be achieved, without sacrificing the benefits of a standardized system.
Coloured roofline and cladding boards allows new build and refurbishment companies to create interesting designs that add value to a property. In addition Swish has developed roofline boards with a textured finish under the name M-Boss that mimic the grained appearance of timber but have the long life-expectancy and low maintenance of PVC.
