Hi-Line Safety Systems are able to install fall/restraint systems on any roof type from:
Single ply membrane
Metal composite panels( 5mm to 7mm )
Standing & seam panels

Studding and Chemical Resin for concrete fixings
Rivets specified by our suppliers Kee Safety for metal composite panels
Clamp fittings using grub screws to secure to standing & seam roof panels
Kee Anchor for installations to rafters, joists & ridges
Installation on roof pitches from 0 to 45 degrees
Hi-Line can offer non-penetrating systems or dead weight anchor systems on the below roof types on a pitch 0-5 Degrees:
Single ply membrane asphalt
Steel cladding concrete
Stone chippings (brushed)
They have a solution for every roof type from domestic homes to commercial properties such as, warehouses, schools, office blocks, business centres and hotels.
Hi-Line also offer an annual inspection service for new and existing safety equipment. They will carry out an inspection on all installed equipment and making sure that it is fully compliant with current Health and Safety legislation regarding working at heights & National and European Design Standards.
The most common safety equipment found on most properties vary from, fall-arrest/restraint safety lines, eyebolts, push locks, ladder ties, guardrail, roof edge protection and P.P.E (Personal Protection Equipment). All of which MUST be tested by a trained and competent person on an annual basis.
In addition Hi-Line offer a full working at height assessment service to roof top areas. They will inspect and issue a full report indicating the potential safety hazards and provide you with recommendations on solutions to overcome future hazards and potential injuries.
Whilst on the roof Hi-Line are able to make a general assessment of the roof condition and will report back to the client any issues that could potentially cause further damage should they not be addressed by an appropriate contractor. Typical issues are loose panels, blocked gutters and leaking roofs. Where possible Hi-Line will make a temporary fixing to the roof until a contractor can be on site.
Training in Personal Protection Equipment
Hi-Line Safety Systems offers a wide range of services in training and development for personnel that use and have direct contact with safety at height equipment and fall arrest systems. The correct use of equipment is vital in remaining safe whilst engaging in work at height and as such Hi-Line offer full training packages from first use of equipment right through to refresher training and training solutions for multi personnel sites.
