With the BS EN 795:2012 coming into force at the end of January 2013 Sayfa Systems UK has taken the initiative and designed and built a test rig to ensure all their Aviator safety products conform to current Legislation.

Tests are now carried out to these latest standards and in accordance with best industry practice and the Magenta Roof Book ACR[CP]007: 2008 - (Part 1) Best Practice for the use of Horizontal Safety Lines in Roof work and ACR[M]002:2009 - (Part2) Testing of Roof Anchors on Roof Systems.

We work closely with roofing manufacturers to ensure that all equipment used and installed will not invalidate any system warranties. The test jig can accommodate large roofing panels up to 20.0m x 8.0m and therefore simulate more accurately proper site conditions.

All roofing modules can be built up on the jig including composite panels, Standing seam roofs, Flat membrane roofs and pitched slate roofs. Ensure the systems you are using comply with current legislation.
