Schueco UK Ltd is Exhibiting at Ecobuild 2010

Visitors to Ecobuild 2010, Earls Court (2-4 March), will find that Schueco UK Ltd (stand 2307) is exhibiting a wide range of systems and products which recognise that the time to start tackling climate change is now.

Widely regarded as a leader in the field of renewable energy, Schueco has developed 'Energy² – Saving Energy, Generating Energy', an overarching concept which seeks to combine exceptional levels of insulation in windows, doors and curtain walling systems with solar thermal products and sophisticated photovoltaics (PV), to produce buildings with a minimum carbon footprint that are also self-sufficient in energy. The systems and products on display at Ecobuild underpin this concept.

The stand features several examples from Schueco's AWS range of highly insulated aluminium window systems including AWS 75+PV, a new window that as well as delivering an outstanding thermal performance, also incorporates photovoltaic modules. In addition, there is a section of an FW 60+.SI facade, the only curtain-walling system to have achieved official Passivhaus certification.

The other theme of the stand is energy generation; on show are examples of Schueco solar thermal products such as their Compact Line and Premium Line systems, PV modules and associated fittings and accessories. Tried and tested in mainland Europe, these products are making swift inroads into the UK market where they have become known for their quality and reliability.
