Easyflow were contracted by a Surrey based house builder based to supply, pump and lay 142sqm of self-levelling liquid floor screed for a basement conversion in Kensington, West London.

The client arranged to suspend parking bays outside the property to accommodate the pump and screed delivery vehicles.

40 metres of pipeline were required from the pump to reach the furthest room of the basement, we stationed one installer outside the property as a health and safety precaution.
