Sentinel nominated for 2 ASGM supplier excellence awards

Sentinel’s work with Irwell Valley Housing Association - which has not only eliminated poor water treatment related heating system repairs across its entire stock of 7,000 homes, but is also helping its residents to fight fuel poverty - has been shortlisted for no less than two awards at this year’s AGSM Supplier Excellence Awards.

Sentinel and Irwell Valley Housing Association are up for the coveted ‘Collaboration of the Year’ award, while Sentinel is proud to have been shortlisted for ‘Best initiative to combat fuel poverty’. Both awards centre around Irwell Valley’s proactive adoption of Sentinel SystemCare, a best practice water treatment approach of ‘clean, protect, maintain’ that is designed to prevent corrosion and limescale in heating systems.

SystemCare has made a significant difference to Irwell Valley’s management of heating systems within its homes, and is helping the housing association to achieve two of its business goals of ‘zero unnecessary repairs’ and ‘zero customer dissatisfaction’.

Daniel Cheung, UK Trade Marketing Manager at Sentinel commented: “Everyone involved with this initiative has been delighted with the outcomes, which include eliminating boiler repairs and improving energy efficiency within Irwell Valley’s housing stock. To be shortlisted for two AGSM Supplier Excellence awards for this work is just the icing on the cake.”
