CIH proved to be a success for ASSA ABLOY Security Solutions, as it received positive feedback following its attendance at the annual housing exhibition.
Held for the first time at Manchester Central on 12th to 14th June, ASSA ABLOY Security Solutions shared a stand with its sister company, Yale, displaying a comprehensive range of locking solutions for social housing.
The stand featured a range of products that offer a total specification solution for social housing projects, including the latest mechanical locking and masterkey systems from UNION, access control technology from ASSA and the latest product launch from Adams Rite, as well as electric locks from Trimec and ASSA ABLOY branded door closers.
Visitors to stand F32 were also treated to the showcasing of Adams Rites latest multipoint lock offering, which is the first of its kind to be designed to help social landlords and system houses meet with the forthcoming BS EN 1627 legislation.
Commenting on the shows success, Tina Hughan, Head of Marketing for ASSA ABLOY UK said: We were hoping to replicate the success of last years show and I think the sales team agree that we more than exceeded expectations. CIH is a great forum for speaking to key decision makers in the social housing market, as well as a great opportunity to discuss the current issues facing the industry.
We received really positive feedback on all our products, especially as they serve to solve prevalent security issues, such as lock snapping and equal access for all. Security Solutions ability to provide a total specification solution for social housing developments and refurbishment, combined with our work on standards and testing agencies ensures we are always able to provide solutions that meet with the latest legislation and social housing targets.
