While a number are already SBD approved fabricators of Spectus Window Systems products, there are some that are yet to reap the rewards of this exclusive commercial opportunity. In testing our products we are laying the foundations. Our customers can embark on the journey towards SBD membership reassured that with our support and the security of our test data that they will achieve and exceed the requirements needed to become a Secured by Design approved fabricator company.
The principles of SBD have been proven to reduce crime risk by up to 75%. Its objective is to cut burglary and crime in the UK by designing out crime through physical security and processes.
