Type of works: supply of stainless-steel door furniture and master-key systems.

The Crocus Ward at the Springfield University Hospital offers mental and physical examinations as well as nursing assessments from a multi-disciplinary team which includes doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists and art therapists.

During 2007 and 2008 over £1 million was invested in refurbishing Crocus Ward and the surrounding gardens to provide a much improved environment for patients.

As part of the refurbishment work under architects Pirie Russell Associates, ironmongery was supplied by Strada, including a full range of anti-ligature and anti-barricade door furniture in stainless steel, master-keyed locking system and vision panels to doors.
