The Leadenhall Building, yet another impressive skyscraper to occupy the view above central London, has been fitted with Component Developments stainless steel products.

Component Developments drainage and access products were specified for kitchens on levels 4 and 5 of the ‘Cheesegrater’ building, leased by Aon (insurance and risk management).

On level 4, various stainless steel trapped gullies complete with Vinoseal clamps, for easy vinyl sheet floor laying, were fitted throughout. Removable gully items include wastebaskets and odour traps, all of which were topped with stainless steel anti-slip grating. Tundishes were also supplied for some of the gullies.

Also on level 4, several manhole covers, with frames to suit vinyl sheet flooring, were fitted. Each double sealed, lockable and supplied with lifting keys for easy access.

Further gullies were fitted throughout level 5, as well as several stainless steel channel drains in lengths up to 1,400mm and finished off with Heelsafe grating.

All products were made from grade 304 stainless steel.
