Developed by D’Zign UK, Granary Wharf is a prestigious new business park development in Burton-upon-Trent.

The customer:
Based in Derby, D’Zign UK is the new commercial property division ofdeveloper Living By D’Zign, which produces high quality office, industrial,retail and mixed-use properties. Focused on client needs, the division has already successfully completed a large-scale business park in Swadlincote.

The project:
The new development of offices and business units is set in contemporary landscaped grounds and provides excellent communication links, as well as modern office facilities for small and large businesses. Designed to a high specification, the units offer an attractive working environment for staff and visitors and a professional entrance formed an important part of the design scheme.

The balustrade:
FUSION® Commercial stair balustrade was installed on the main staircases of six office units. FUSION® commercial stair balustrade was installed in the entrance to office units giving access from ground to first floor. The flight consists of 4 steps leading to a quarter landing. A further 6 steps lead to another quarter landing with 3 steps forming the final flight and this is then finished with a 90° top landing of 2.6metres.
