SureSet has added two new finishes to its range, with the Medley and Almond mixes both delivering stunning aesthetics with the added benefit of sustainability.
The 6mm Almond mix is manufactured from recycled marble, producing subtle blends of mellow honey and warm almond. With a slightly more open texture, the 6mm Medley is a unique mix of recycled ceramics, characterised by a blend of earth tones, from rich browns and warm buffs to contrasting whites and flecks of gold.
Whether used in isolation or in combination with other finishes from the extensive SureSet range, these new products will create the perfect surface for domestic paths, driveways or patios, or for any lightly trafficked public space. Whether to provide a perfect complement to the colour and texture of Cotswold stone, or a stunning contrast to traditional red brick, these new finishes provide a versatile, durable and low maintenance design solution.
Commenting on their launch, SureSet Sales Manager, Lauren Gardiner said: Im certain that the new Almond and Medley finishes will prove to be incredibly popular with our customers. Not only will they provide attractive and durable surfaces, but the fact that the aggregates are manufactured from 100% recycled materials means that they deliver a truly sustainable solution.
As with all SureSet resin bound paving products, both these mixes are completely permeable, allowing water to drain through the surface and so reducing surface run off and the risk of puddles forming. Importantly for home projects, not only is this a key performance benefit, but it also means that there is no need for planning permission to be sought, in 2008, legislation was introduced which requires permission to be obtained in England for any new or re-paving project that is non-permeable.
