J & J Carter offers a complete service for the design, manufacture and installation of tensile-membrane structures, in the UK and worldwide. Drawing upon its experience in external fabric architecture, the company also designs interior sails and structures, using the same technologies but with more refined and intricate detailing.

The company offers flexibility in its interior designs and can accommodate almost all surfaces including vaulted, inclined, horizontal and curved. The fabric enables large surface areas to be covered with pre-manufactured, one-piece panels up to 200m².

The membrane is an extra-strong, aerated textile that is corrosion resistant and easy to maintain.

It offers the possibility of utilising light, materials and shapes, giving volume and colour to the ceiling.

The company is certified to BS EN ISO 9001. All structures are designed and manufactured to local codes of practice.
