Type of works: supply of Wohr’s Parksafe modern parking system with 84 spaces.

Working closely with the developer, Wöhr supplied a fully-automatic parking system for the Albany in Liverpool. The facade of the 1858 building was retained, whilst the internal building structure was completely rebuilt.

The Wöhr parking solution delivers a completely modern parking system, with 84 spaces provided over 10 levels of parking with the above-ground tower system slotting into a narrow gap between the buildings.

Utilising a very narrow access aisle, the drive-through system incorporates separate entry and exit garages. Users simply leave and collect their vehicles from a transfer point, with all parking and retrieval carried out automatically by the Parksafe system.
