In January 2010 Furniture Realm was approached by the owners of the Beach Comber Café in Teignmouth to quote for the supply and installation of a range of furniture for a complete refurbishment of their establishment. The quotation was to include a range of freestanding café tables and chairs as well as the design and construction of bespoke booth seating and outdoor railings.

By April 2010 Furniture Realm was successful in winning the contract for the Beach Comber Café. In addition to this, Furniture Realm was also approached by the owners of the Beach Comber to supply a range of bedroom furniture for the Riviera Holiday Apartments in Teignmouth, which they were also successful in winning.
