The Forest of Dean Stone, consisting of Forest of Dean Stone and Royal Forest Pennant, has been quarrying and processing the unique Forest Blue/Grey and Grey/Green Sandstones since 1922.

From the factory outlet at Parkend the company can provide the full range of natural stone products split between Building Applications such as hard landscaping, Natural stone paving, building and walling stone and architectural masonry.

Royal Forest Pennant stone is extracted by the traditional plug and feather method which is not only environmentally friendly but also avoids the risk of structural cracks in the raw blocks of stone. All Forest Pennant building and walling stone is cropped and fettled by hand.
