Type of works: Design and supply of a full glass revolving door

Bauporte, in conjunction with Scheldebouw in Middelburg, developed a full glass revolving door of the CFV 3000 MX type, in which the glass roof is a constructive component of Scheldebouw's facade. The structural facade has a vertical glass leaf which comes out exactly in the centre of the revolving door.

By shaping our glass roof in the form of a horizontal “Napoleon hat” and connecting the leaves beside the revolving door with one another, we were able to fully cater for the client’s needs. The extremely small profiling and the extra transparent glass surfaces make the revolving door a unique solution.
